our first post!

hello and welcome to our little corner of the internet.  after months of discussion my girlfriend and i have finally decided to enter the blogosphere to keep anyone who is interested up to date on our latest culinary creations, experiments, and projects.  we thought our version of classic Thanksgiving would be the perfect place to start!
